If a health institution with at least fifty beds established according to prevailing law requests approval from the Ministry to keep and use necessary communication tools for the safety of such institution and the health workers working in that institution, along with the recommendation of the local administration. With the consent of the Ministry of Information and Communication, such a health institution may be allowed to keep and use the communication means as requested.
